American Jordanian Women Association

The American Jordanian Women Association (AJWA) is making a meaningful impact in Michigan by empowering women through education, culture, and community connection. Since its founding, AJWA has dedicated itself to strengthening Jordanian heritage, fostering unity among women, and providing vital support through annual scholarships for young Jordanian American women pursuing higher education. In addition to educational initiatives, AJWA hosts cultural and social events that celebrate tradition, build lasting friendships, and create opportunities for networking and community engagement. Through its work, AJWA not only uplifts individual students but also contributes to a stronger, more connected and thriving community for all.
